Our Leadership

In August of 2021, Pastor Lewallen was voted in as our lead pastor. After coming to New Life in 2001 as a college student, Pastor John’s call to pastoral ministry became more evident. In 2005, Pastor John graduated from New Life School of Ministry here on campus, and the following year would marry his wife, Jill. They were married in 2006, and have two children, Noah and Brody. Pastor Lewallen is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God.

In April of 1975, Pastor Al would have an encounter with God that would change his life forever. That encounter would lead him to New Life Assembly, and eventually into pastoral ministry here as well. As an ordained Assemblies of God minister, Pastor Al served as lead pastor of New Life from 2000-2021, and now serves as an Associate Pastor to Pastor Lewallen.
